Experience

• I`m a returning North Carolina native. I`ve lived in the Raleigh area for the last 9 years.
• Previously, I lived in Pennsylvania. (Erie area and State College from 1987 to 2000.) Attended high school in the Fairview School District before attending Penn State University for undergradute and masters degrees.
• Penn State Alumni - Go Nittany Lions!! I hold a Bachelors of Architectural Engineering and Masters of Architectural Engineering.
• Moved back to North Carolina for a Structural Engineering job. I practiced for 6 years at a local firm and hold a Professional Engineers License (PE).
• Over twelve years experience in the building construction field!

Achievements

• Professionally Licensed Engineer. I have Structural Engineering experience in VA/NC/SC for wood, steel, concrete and masonry buildings.
• 2008 Office Associate of the Year Award, 2008 Executive`s Club Honoree, 2007 President`s Club Honoree, 2007 Annual Fast Tracker Award, 2006 Annual Fast Tracker Award
• Sold over 6 million dollars in homes in 2008. Sold over 4 million dollars in homes and land in 2007.
